  •   Awful customer service experience. Booked services in Miami Beach, FL and they sent a nurse from over 90 miles away, adding on a $150 travel fee that we were never made aware of prior to the service. When I reached out to their customer service chat, they were incredibly rude - probably the worse customer service experience I've ever had. I was shocked. When they didn't have a good explanation they abruptly ended the conversation with "Have a nice day" and closed the chat from their end lol I was dumbfounded, and annoyed I didn't get a chance to email a transcript of the convo to myself because it was WILD the way that they were speaking to a customer. The fees are one thing, but the disrespect is what compelled me to leave this review.

    There are lots of mobile IV services to choose from, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

How To Book On Calendar

Book your request two ways

You can book your appointment directly on calendar (option 1) or submit a request form (option 2). You can use both options but only one is sufficient.

Select a nurse in your area

Fill out the form with your contact information and address

We confirm your appointment via Square based on your schedule and the nurses availability

Patient(s) gives consent to the nurse to perform the IV therapy via JotForm

Relieve your symptoms and target your treatment objectives

Option 1: Request An Appointment On Calendar

Select any service if unsure, we can always edit your request later, the nurse comes fully equipped for any scenario. Your request on calendar will be pending until a nurse confirms. We will keep you updated via SMS on this process. After confirmation your nurse will reach out for introduction, consultation, and to provide an ETA. Reserve all medical questions for your nurse when paired. Please include any important medical history in notes section. Please be prepared to sign consent for IV therapy. If you apply on calendar you do not have to submit a request form. We will not charge your billing method until completion of therapy. A Same Day Service Fee ($35) is applied with every IV & IM therapy that is requested for same day. An After Hours Fee ($100)  is applied to all requests after 5pm.

Option 2: Request An Appointment

After submission we will pair you with a nurse that’s available in your area. Your nurse will reach out for introduction and consultation. Reserve all medical questions for your nurse when paired. Please include any important medical history in notes section. Please be prepared to sign consent for IV therapy. If you apply on calendar you do not have to submit a request form. We will not charge your billing method until completion of therapy. A Same Day Service Fee ($35) is applied with every IV & IM therapy requested same day.

Are you a mobile IV service?

Yes we come to you.

How long do the therapies last?

Therapies last 45 minutes to an hour on average. Our longest therapy is 3 hours (NAD+).

Which IV therapy do I pick?

If unsure of the IV therapy type just select any service and we can edit your order.

Which nurse do I pick?

If unsure of the nurse just select any nurse in your state and we can edit your submission later.

How soon can my nurse arrive?

We under stand your matter is urgent. Our nurses work per diem and do their best to meet your time requests. Requests for matters labeled “as soon as possible” or “urgent” vary from 30 minutes to an hour depending on availability. You can always message us via live chat or text us to check our availability before booking. We are always trying to improve the fulfillment and quality of service for our patients and urgent matters. Please call 911 if your matter is an emergency or life threatening.

When do I pay?

Your nurse confirms payment after your infusion is complete. We require a form of billing to book an appointment via Square for cancellation fees ($50).

How do cancellation fees work?

We charge a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel after consent.

Can I use my insurance?

We only accept credit or debit card purchases via Square.

Can you do events?

Yes we do events. Please contact us 24 hours prior to matters involving groups of 10+. We waive all service fees for therapies of groups of 3 or more.

Will my nurse come fully equipped?

Your nurse will come fully equipped for any scenario. If unsure of the therapy type, just select any service and we can edit your order.

Do your IV therapies treat hangovers?

Yes our IV therapies treat hangovers. Our hangover IV therapy is $285.

Do your IV therapies treat dehydration?

Yes our therapies treat dehydration. Our hydration IV therapy is $200.

Do your IV therapies treat nausea or stomach flu?

Yes our therapies treat food poisoning and/or nausea. Our food poisoning and stomach flu IV therapy is $295.

Do your IV therapies provide immunity?

Yes our IV therapies provide immunity. Our immunity IV therapy is $285.

Do you provide monoclonal antibodies?

We do NOT provide monoclonal antibodies. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

No but patients should check with their primary health care provider for council regarding any pre existing health conditions or risks.
