11/03/2021 - I love the convenience and excellence of this company. The nurses are true caring professionals. Trey is very accommodating and tries to work with your schedule for the home visits. My two nurses Angela and Baila were kind, patient, understanding and provided with the best service possible. The IVs are wonderful and they have everything for every single need. 11/06/2020 - highly unprofessional company. while my dad was suffering, they claim they can get a nurse in an hour, then hour and a half, and then two hours. And then cancelled, because if traffic, when my dad is in excruciating Pain. they then had the gall to blame me for "cancelling" when they called and I thought it was a rival competitor. So I told them I had a nurse on the way (them) When I called back they said "we already cancelled the nurse, she's on the way home" GASLIGHTING the customer. I texted the nurse, and she was going home regardless. They were already calling to cancel. And they tried to blame it on me, just blame it on me. I only cancelled because, again, I thought the nurse Is on the way. And only the nurse should call at this point, not the company for the 50th time. Only 2 stars, because yelp deletes "outlier reviews". So 2 star is necessary to bring their score down. Don't believe they apologetic retort reply to this. They have a financial incentive, I don't Eric A.

How To Book On Calendar
Book your request two ways
You can book your appointment directly on calendar (option 1) or submit a request form (option 2). You can use both options but only one is sufficient.

We confirm your appointment via Square based on your schedule and the nurses availability
Patient(s) gives consent to the nurse to perform the IV therapy via JotForm
Relieve your symptoms and target your treatment objectives
Option 1: Request Appointment On Calendar
Select any service if unsure, we can always edit your request later, the nurse comes fully equipped for any scenario. Your request on calendar will be pending until a nurse confirms. We will keep you updated via SMS on this process. After confirmation your nurse will reach out for introduction, consultation, and to provide an ETA. Reserve all medical questions for your nurse when paired. Please include any important medical history in notes section. Please be prepared to sign consent for IV therapy. If you apply on calendar you do not have to submit a request form. We will not charge your billing method until completion of therapy. A Same Day Service Fee ($35) is applied with every IV & IM therapy that is requested for same day. An After Hours Fee ($100) is applied to all requests after 5pm.
Option 2: Submit A Form Request
After submission we will pair you with a nurse that’s available in your area. Your nurse will reach out for introduction and consultation. Reserve all medical questions for your nurse when paired.
