Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Director licensed in multiple states to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in authorizing therapies and protocols developed by the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing medical operations in their designated territories. This position is completely remote and offers competitive compensation based on a percentage of net profits per managed territory.
Responsibilities
- Authorize and oversee IV therapies and protocols developed by the company.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Manage medical operations and provide medical oversight for designated territories.
- Work in a collaborative and communicative manner with the company’s leadership team.
- Maintain a contact relationship with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Process paperwork efficiently to open new accounts and manage existing ones.
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness via text/email communications.
- Maintain a holistic approach to healthcare and wellness.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted medical licenses in desired operational states.
- Valid NPI license, state medical license number, and state DEA number.
- Comfortable working in a private practice setting.
- Prior experience in medical management or oversight roles preferred.
- Innovative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation: 10% net profits per managing territory (state).
- Monthly compensation via direct deposit on the 1st of every month.
