Nurses should use this page as a focused guide when preparing their inventory purchases. After submitting the Inventory Order Form below, a Square App invoice will be issued for review and payment. Please coordinate with admin regarding any adjustments before completing payment to ensure accurate processing.
Starter Nurses
Starter nurses will be restricted to Olympia for vitamins, amino acids, lipids, and minerals. For fluids, medications, and medical supplies, they will refer to Bound Tree.
Long Term Nurses
Long term nurses will gain access to all suppliers. This will be determined based on workflow and longevity in the network.
Our affiliate prices are designed to facilitate a healthy return on investment. Please feel free to price match on non-restricted items.

Amino Acids
Our inventory also includes Amino Blend and Lipo‑Mino to support a wide range of wellness and metabolic therapies.

Iron
Iron sucrose is an intravenous iron formulation used to support patients with low iron levels by helping replenish the body’s iron stores. This substance is usually paid for by the patient.

Vial Spikes Luer Adapter
We stock vial spikes with Luer adapters to support safe, efficient access to medication vials during IV preparation.
Needles
We stock 18G blunt‑fill needles and 25G hypodermic needles for safe medication preparation and administration.

These items are not restricted and may be purchased from any reputable medical supplier outside of our affiliates. All starter nurses are expected to be familiar with—and aligned to—these core nutrients in order to participate in our network. Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
A widely used antioxidant that supports wellness‑focused infusion therapies. Standard dosing is 1,000 mg, with high‑dose options available up to 100 g per therapy session, which is the maximum allowable amount.
B Complex
A blend of essential B‑vitamins used to support energy, metabolism, and general wellness during infusion therapies. Provided in 1–2 mL dosing per session.
Vitamin B12
A wellness‑focused B‑vitamin used to support energy and general infusion therapy benefits. Standard dosing is 1 mg, with options up to 3 mg per therapy session, which is the maximum allowable amount.
Glutathione

Zinc

Magnesium
A mineral used to support wellness‑focused infusion therapies. Standard dosing is 200 mg, with options up to 400 mg per therapy session, which is the maximum allowable amount.
Taurine
An amino‑sulfonic compound used to support wellness‑focused infusion therapies. Standard dosing is 50 mg, with options up to 100 mg per therapy session, which is the maximum allowable amount.
Recommended Medications

Benadryl (Diphenhydramine)
An antihistamine commonly used to support comfort during certain infusion sessions. Available in 25–50 mg dosing, with 50 mg as the maximum allowable amount per session.

Payments
Debit/Credit Via Square Payments
All debit and credit card payments are processed through Square Payments, which automatically applies a 3.5% transaction fee. Nurses who prefer to avoid this fee may submit payment through Cash App or Zelle instead. When Square is selected, the buy team will include the 3.5% fee on the invoice; when Zelle is used, the fee will not be added.
Zelle
Zelle bank transfers do not involve any Square Payments processing fees. When nurses choose to pay through Zelle, the buy team will not add the 3.5% Square Payments fee to the invoice. Payments can be sent directly to our Zelle account at inhomeinfusion@gmail.com.
Cash App
Cash App payments sent directly through the Cash App do not involve any Square processing fees. Nurses who choose this option can avoid the 3.5% Square transaction fee that applies to debit and credit card payments. To submit payment through Cash App, use the business tag: $inhomeinfusion.

Submit Google Inventory Request Form
Submit the Google Inventory Order Request Form to finalize all supply needs and ensure accurate purchasing. New Nurses will stick to Bound Tree for medical supplies and Olympia Pharmacy for vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and coenzymes.

Pay Square Invoice
Pay the Square invoice if you choose to use Square for your transaction. Nurses may avoid Square App processing fees by paying through Cash App or Zelle instead. If Square is selected, the buy team will include the Square App fee on the invoice. If Zelle is used, the Square App fee will not be added.

Receive Tracking Information
Nurses will receive tracking information within 2–3 business days after the order is processed. Packages typically arrive within 5 business days, depending on carrier speed and regional delivery routes. Shipments may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or specialized independent medical‑delivery carriers.
