About This Wonderful Opportunity
We’re seeking driven per diem registered nurses who want more than a shift — they want an opportunity. As a mobile IV nurse, you’ll provide IV and IM therapies at the patient’s location using your own vehicle, operating with the independence and earning potential of a true entrepreneur. Proficient in accessing and managing PICC, midline, and central venous catheters with strict sterile technique, ensuring safe, accurate medication and fluid administration in mobile and home‑based care settings.

Proficient in Basic Life Support, including effective CPR, airway management, and rapid response to emergent situations, with the ability to deliver calm, protocol‑driven care in home and mobile environments.

Anaphylactic Protocol
Trained in recognizing early signs of anaphylaxis and initiating protocol‑driven interventions, including airway support and rapid medication administration, while maintaining calm, efficient communication in mobile and home‑based settings.
Pay Breakdown
This is an inside‑sales style nursing role that can be highly rewarding. You receive:
- 50% of the net total of sale
- 100% of tips
- 100% of travel fees
- 50% of service fees
We provide patient leads, marketing materials, equipment sourcing, and weekly direct‑deposit pay every Monday.

FAQs
What is the startup costs?
The startup costs range between $800–$1300
What applications do you use?
We use Square Appointments to manage patients and collect payments; Square Teams to setup payroll; and JotForm for consent. We use WhatsApp for all communication regarding operation.
What is your protocol?
Our nurses operate on standing orders in most states. If your state restricts standing orders patient specific orders can be produced upon notice. Orders will be provided upon consent.
Do I have to purchase all my supplies through the company?
Only restricted items such as vitamins, minerals, fluids, medications, tubing, catheters, and vial spikes. All other non-restricted items may be purchased at your own discretion.
Do any medications require refrigeration?
Glutathione, Pepcid, and B12 require refrigeration.
What is the timeline for onboarding?
Nurses are expected to onboard in 7-12 business which demonstrates sense of urgency and willingness to service patients. Recruiting is hiring to meet demand for particular seasons and staggered onboarding can cause friction in an early return on investment.
Is inventory tracked?
Restricted items such as fluids, vitamins, minerals, and medications are tracked in congruence with performance. Nurses must demonstrate usage within our network to gain access to more materials.
How often do you consent patients?
We consent patients before every therapy rather they are new or return. Return patients receive a shorter consent form. All patients are consented at a continuous link that nurses will have access to.
Do I need my own IV pole?
Yes, you need your own IV pole that is mobile.
How do I set availability?
Nurses will set availability in Square Appointments application. Admin will never assume availability and will always inquire. Constant lack of availability and persistent inactivity without communication may result to removal from the network.
What are the incentives?
Nurses can earn in group therapies, tips, contests and bonuses for consecutive IV therapies.
What is the Pay breakdown?
The breakdown is the following:
- 50% of net total
- 50% of time fees
- 100% of travel fees
- 100% of tips
When is Payroll?
Weekly every Monday evening or daily if paid via Zelle, Cash App, or Cash.
What is the Square transaction deduction
Square deducts a 3.5% fee for transactions on Square. This fee is applied to the gross total of each sale on Square.
Will there be training?
We provide video training of a complete house visit from beginning to end. Nurses must tether their traditional health care expertise with our guidelines and protocols.
Do I have to market?
Nurses are not required to market but it will benefit nurses to passively market in their communities. Nurses will have our support with marketing materials and free strategies to market.
Do the vitamins and medications expire?
The vitamins usually last 4-5 months and the medications usually last 1-2 years.
